A model who famously removed her ribs to look like the Jessica Rabbit character from the 1988 movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" now wants more cosmetic surgery.
Pixee Fox, 25, originally from Stockholm, Sweden, spent around $135,000 on having six ribs removed, upper eyelid surgery, three nose jobs, four breast surgeries, liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift.
Her waist is a record-breaking 14 inches, according to the Mirror. The 5-foot-4 human “cartoon” went from having a measurement of 30-24-34 to 38-16-39, according to Daily Mail.

After her rib resection surgery, she was told to wear a training corset at all times to keep her organs in place. During a television appearance on a Romanian TV show, another doctor said that wearing a corset presents its own problems.
"If a person wears it 24 hours a day, then their liver, kidneys and everything else are not going to be in their proper place,” said the Romanian doctor, reports the Mirror.
All of this is not enough for Fox, as she now wants butt implants. The North Carolina resident traveled to Los Angeles for a consultation with Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow, plastic surgeons behind the reality TV show "Botched."

“This is my thing. I really like it and I want to create my life around it [surgery],” she told the doctors.
But the model received some disappointing news. Fox was told more surgery would make her look “deformed.”
The former tomboy says she grew up in a small town outside of Stockholm and never felt like she fit in.
“Sweden is a very egalitarian country which does not encourage you to stand out," she said. “I didn't feel like I fitted in. I was a tomboy. I worried about my nose, I didn't date and I felt vulnerable.”
She trained as an electrician after leaving school and saved up for a nose job, her first surgery.
She was encouraged by her boyfriend at the time to get implants to increase her breast size from an A to a C-cup.
The couple broke up in 2013 and Fox’s fixation on becoming a living cartoon began to grow.
“People often come up to me and say, ‘Don't take this the wrong way, but you look like a cartoon.’ But for me that's a compliment, that's what I want to achieve,” says Fox.
The Swedish-born model says her inspirations are Jessica Rabbit, Aurora from "Sleeping Beauty" and Holli Would from "Cool World."
Fox has more than 219,000 Instagram followers and maintains that she is a good role model for her fans.
“Those cartoon characters represent the idealization of the female body,” she says.
“I want to have the tiny waist, the butt, big boobs, big eyes and a really pretty face. Having my ribs removed was just another step in achieving that ideal.”
