A Swedish woman's dream was to look like Barbie, so she spent $15,000 to make it come true.

“I’ve always been attracted to the extreme and wanted to look like a bimbo,” said Alicia Amira, a 27-year-old former public relations employee in London, reported The Sun. "Some people think I’m mad but I don’t regret having the surgery."

To get the Barbie-bimbo look, Amira said she wanted to look “as plastic as possible” and proceeded to get J-cup sized breasts, Botox injections in her forehead and eyes, and cheek and lip fillers.

“I know it’s extreme but to me, it’s a form of art and self-expression,” Amira said. “I would like to have more surgery, as my looks still aren’t as extreme as I’d like. However, I don’t want to go under general anesthetic too many times, so the next time I have surgery I might have a few procedures done at once.”

But Amira has some stiff competition in the "human Barbie" department.

Russian model Valeria Lukyonova has shocked people all over the world for her physical resemblance to the famous doll and has undergone an incredible number of surgeries to achieve it. She even officially calls herself “Human Barbie” and promotes herself online with the moniker.

And then there's Brazilian model Andressa Damiani, who has also undergone extreme surgeries to look like a doll. But instead of looking like Barbie, Damiani has spent thousands of dollars to resemble the character “Elsa” from the Disney movie “Frozen.”

“People think I'm insane and I only care for beauty but they shouldn't be afraid,” Damiani told the Daily Mail. “I want to show the world that everyone can be a doll. You don't have to be skinny or blonde -- just create your own look and be happy.”
