Trader Joe’s announced recently that it would recall its Triple Ginger Brew drink because of multiple reports that it had exploded.
The drink is a lightly carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage.
On Dec. 15, the company posted a press release on their website announcing the recall.
According to the company, there have been no injuries and the drink has been pulled off of the shelves at all 457 stores, the LA Times notes. And while the company has stressed that the drink is safe to consume, it has warned customers to approach the drink with extreme care.

In the press release, the company also recommended that the drink be disposed of immediately in an outside container.
Trader Joe’s noted that it will provide a refund for any purchase of the drink, according to the LA Times. Concerned customers are welcome to call Trader Joe’s Customer Relations with any questions.
It's not clear what made the bottles explode in the first place.
