Plus-size model Robyn Lawley recently collaborated with plus-size fashion blogger Gabbi Gregg and Swimsuits for All to remind us that the fashion industry is the last place we should look to when considering body image.
To illustrate their point, the group recreated the 2014 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition with the help of fellow plus-sized models Shareefa J and Jada Sezer. Their hope is that women of all sizes will be able to see their body type on display and realize they have every reason to feel just as confident as any 00 model from a catalogue.

“I think their needs to be more publications and campaigns so that people can say ‘Wow, I look like these women, and they look comfortable and sexy and they’re portraying my body type’” Sezer said.
