Woman Performs Amazing Pull-Up Routine (Video)

Most people avoid the dreaded pull-up when they're working out at the gym.

However, a video (below) featuring fitness trainer Marisa Inda doing an amazing pull-up routine has gone viral on the web, noted Uproxx.com.

You have to see this to believe it. This dog unlocked his crate and four doors in the middle of the night to escape his veterinarian's office:

Inda dangles and dances to music for about a minute, but Thacover2.com reports that her amazing routine seems like it goes on for five minutes.

According to Military.com, "The pull-up is one of the most challenging exercises. If you are 10 to 20 pounds overweight, it can seriously affect your ability to do any pull-ups … The best way to train to increase the number of pull-ups you can do is simply to do pull-ups until you are exhausted every other day.”
