Most people avoid the dreaded pull-up when they're working out at the gym.
However, a video (below) featuring fitness trainer Marisa Inda doing an amazing pull-up routine has gone viral on the web, noted Uproxx.com.

Inda dangles and dances to music for about a minute, but Thacover2.com reports that her amazing routine seems like it goes on for five minutes.
According to Military.com, "The pull-up is one of the most challenging exercises. If you are 10 to 20 pounds overweight, it can seriously affect your ability to do any pull-ups … The best way to train to increase the number of pull-ups you can do is simply to do pull-ups until you are exhausted every other day.”
