The Healthiest and Unhealthiest Cities for Women

SELF magazine recently ranked 'The Healthiest Cities in America for Women' and only two big cities made the top ten: Minneapolis and San Francisco. 

The cities' health was rated on the healthy habits of the population, per a survey by SELF.

San Jose, California topped the list with 84% of its residents exericising regularly.

The top ten healthiest, in order, are: San Jose, California, Bethesda, Maryland, San Francisco, California, Santa Barbara, California, Honolulu, Hawaii, Santa Ana, California, Minneapolis, Minnesota, Fargo, North Dakota, Portland, Maine and Burlington, Vermont.

SELF also listed the ten unhealthiest cities, which were: Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jackson, Mississippi, Detroit, Michigan, Louisville, Kentucky, St. Louis, Missouri, Little Rock, Arkansas, Memphis Tennessee, Birmingham, Alabama, Las Vegas, Nevada and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
