An anti-aging clinic in Indianapolis, Indiana, supplied quarterback Peyton Manning with a performance-enhancing growth hormone, according to a new investigative documentary from Al Jazeera.

The documentary, called The Dark Side, was the result of a lengthy investigation conducted in an attempt to expose the use of performance-enhancing drugs in global sports. The report was done by hurdler Liam Collins, who went undercover in order to expose drug use.

Collins led medical professionals associated with such drugs to believe that he was looking to have one last shot at victory at the 2016 Olympics in Brazil.

Manning, who is just one of the athletes questioned in the report, issued a statement denying the allegations.

“The allegation that I would do something like that is complete garbage and is totally made up,” Manning said.

“It never happened. Never. I really can’t believe somebody would put something like this on the air. Whoever said this is making stuff up.”
