Hate Crime Laws are Constitutional.
Hate Crime Laws are like Rape Crime Laws.
Rape Crime Laws are Constitutional.
The Constitution Up Holds 2 things Freedom and Equality.
This also means that the Constitution is not for Democracy or Republic.
The Constitution is for Democratic Republic.
Hate Crime Laws are a Nessestiy for those they protect.
The Patriot Act is unconstitutional but Most don't Care.
Life Liberty and the persuit of Happyness is insured without Question only
because of Hate Crime Laws.
They are Constitutional.

Hate crimes are so unbelievably unconstitutional, it is maddening. The problem with hate crime laws is they target thought. That goes against everything the founding fathers believed in. Those that support hate crimes fail to fully understand the USA.
But then again, thinking that any leftist would understand the principles the USA was founded on makes me the idiot.
I feel so disgusted when I hear people discuss things like this. You are dead right. How and why do people not understand the principles of those men is beyond me. It gets even worse when they find out about their intentions and call them names and want to change the constitution.
how does that fit in with the equal protection clause if you're protecting one demographic more than another?
The Constitution says all Men are Created Equal. Mobs kill Minorities. There for some Equally by Republic is needed.
The Constitution is not Democracy or Republic. The Constitution is Democratic Republic. Minorities require protection. Before the Enforcement of Civil Rights for all. Whites did indeed unfairly Create the America for Americans Only Policy. Meaning if your not White your not Right. Funny the Only true Americans are the Natives who so unjustly have been Robbed.

I have nothing to say to an Ignorant white person who never fell under persecution. Racism is Wrong I get treated better because i'm white. Protection is necessity for those who are Persecuted.
