Glenn Beck Gets Even Crazier, Battles the "Oligarhy"
From TFN Insider
We noted in April that Texas Gov. Rick Perry was “proud” to be a guest on Glenn Beck’s FOX News show. Beck, as we noted then, believes liberals are trying “to remove God from America,” is an admirer of Focus on the Family’s James Dobson, and seems to buy into the “End Times” theology of the fringes of the fundamentalist right.
Beck is also a world-class conspiracy freak — and in serious need of a spell checker before he launches into one of his unhinged rants.
Even folks at The American Conservative are
wondering is Beck has gone off the deep end.
This is too good for satire. Is Glenn Bek a lunati? Or a omic
genius?
Still proud, Governor?

Put up a Glenn Beck video .. and it's like it's officially crazy day.
GLENN BECK IS A REPUGNANT, INSANE, JUVENILE, VIOLENT, IGNORANT LUNATIC!!!
do you understand????
He voiced hatred for the families of the victims of 9/11 !
He hopes Osama Bin Laden attacks America -
He spends all his time sowing hatred amongst you people.. and distrust of your fellow Americans and the Government --- while making money off you -- you freakin morons!
And the big threat....... health care !!! oh no!!! oh my god .. people without health insurance might get insured... what the hell is wrong with you people?
Is it really just racism like everyone says... because I think that might be what it comes down to...
As the Republicans try to tear this country apart with screaming and whining and moaning about some imaginary beast... it's fricken health care... god dang you all.
AND I'm a Christian and a Democrat - this country was built on a religious foundation... it's what made us what we are - In God We Trust... and included in that - is helping out your brother.. stop being violent foolish people.. stop spreading lies.. you make me ashamed of this country! Just STOP it... stop giving all your money to these jerks and thinking they support you! Stop bringing guns to a fricken health care debate. what is wrong with you all?????????
This is Glenn Beck at his finest. Rule 1: Notoriety or admiration? What's the difference as long as you spell his name right.
Glenn Beck actually does an amazing job single handedly hosting his program. If he makes a mistake once in a while, so what!
There's nothing particularly wrong with accusing someone of being too conservative, or holding viewpoints you disagree with, etc.
But... spelling? Come on! Can you get more petty? Being a bad speller doesn't mean you're not intelligent (though it doesn't mean you're smart, either). A touch of dyslexia doesn't make someone's ideas automatically invalid.
When you attack someone's spelling instead of their ideas, you're only making yourself look bad.
was way funny because he was so into using the quote. Glenn said "Walk softly and carry a big stick". What is way funny is that he is wrong over half the time. Odds say you can guess at everything and be right half the time. Here is a little info on the original quote.
..."Speak softly and carry a big stick." Teddy Roosevelt picked it up in West Africa:
"In a letter written in 1900, a year before he became president, Theodore Roosevelt wrote, "I have always been fond of the West African proverb: `Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far.'' He repeated what he called this "homely old adage" in a speech as president in Chicago in 1903, and twice again in his writings after that. Every time, it was "Speak softly." "
Super Expert
Imagine, if you will, Ted Baxter Chanelling Josef Goebbles....
Glenn Beck likes to think of himself as the modern day equivalent of Howard Beale, the character played by the late Peter Finch in the 1976 film, "Network". It's an apt comparison when you think about it....
HE'S MAD AS HELL!

Everyone, even me, can make spelling mistakes. If you want to dislike him, at least choose a good reason.
If you look up the definition of "oligarchy" you will have to admit (if you are honest) that this is what the US has become. Beck is wrong fully half of the time, but on this point, he is not.
How is this new?
At what point was the US NOT an oligarchy?
Back before a government was instituted.
Back before the US existed as a state, really.
