'Law & Order' star Richard Belzer appeared on New York City’s Fox morning show 'Good Day New York'  where he made a rape joke and gave a Nazi salute to Fox News (video below).

During the live broadcast, Rosanna Scotto said co-host Dave Price could play a relative on 'Law & Order' because he looked like Belzer, reports RawStory.com.

Belzer replied: "If he gets molested and banged in the *ss, maybe. Do we have the five-second delay? Do we have the delay? I’m so sorry. I meant banged against a piece of furniture."

Later, Belzer used a mock Nazi salute and said: “Good morning! Say Heil to all your colleagues in the other division."

A spokesperson for Belzer told TMZ.com that the Nazi salute was a “satirical gesture toward Fox News … whose ideology he is opposed to. The other portion was a joke pertaining to the material of Richard’s TV show, which he tweaked at the last minute to make about furniture. A joke is a joke."
