Bill Clinton had a big bash to celebrate his 65th birthday party at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday, October 15, 2011.

Performing at the “Decade of a Difference” concert were Stevie Wonder, Lady Gaga, Kenny Chesney, Usher, and Bono and The Edge.

Gaga sang a number of her hits and danced suggestively for former President Clinton and his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Before singing “You and I,” Gaga gave everyone the finger, and said,

A police officer saw a young black couple drive by and pulled them over. What he did next left them stunned:

“If someone had told me so many years ago that I’d be doing that right in front of you, I just would not have believed them. I would have given them a good American ‘f**k you.’”

Gaga then sang “You and I” with her own special lyrics:

It’s been 12 years since you came around
It’s been a long time but you’re back in town
This time I’m not leaving without you

You taste like whiskey when you kiss me…oh I bet when we first met
You’d do anything again to go out in Arkansas
This time I’m not leaving without you

So Hillary or Bill……sit back down where you belong in the oval office
With those high heels on
Sit back down on the couch where we watched you charm the whole world in the country

Something about this place
Something about American eyes or the Clintons that make us all feel safe

Something about cool Arkansas guy
There’s something about Billary, Billary your new celebrity name
To the Clinton’s You and I
