| by Michael Allen

Comedian Daniel Tosh is being accused of joking about gang rape, recently, during his comedy act at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, California.

The comedian reportedly responded to a hecking audience member at one of his shows by saying it would be hilarious if she were to get sexually assaulted by a group of men.

A blogger under the Tumblr.com account 'Cookies for Breakfast' posted an entry detailing the encounter last Friday night.

Tosh reportedly began “making some very generalizing, declarative statements about rape jokes always being funny, how can a rape joke not be funny, rape is hilarious, etc.”

This judge looked an inmate square in the eyes and did something that left the entire courtroom in tears:

That remark angered a female audience member, who responded by yelling, “Actually, rape jokes are never funny!”

Tosh reportedly came back with: “Wouldn’t it be funny if that girl got raped by like, five guys right now? Like right now? What if a bunch of guys just raped her…”

Tosh has not issued a statement about the alleged incident, but in the past, the comic has joked about his sister's rape (video below).
