Carrie Ann Inaba, one of the judges from 'Dancing with the Stars,' talked about Chaz Bono's elimination while defending the judges' ability to remain impartial, on 'Access Hollywood Live' (video below).
Earlier that day, Bono slammed the judges for taking shots at his weight: "I was called a basketball, a penguin, an Ewok, and I just didn't appreciate it."
Inaba defended Chaz Bono's elimination and sidestepped the judges' behavior: "I commended Chaz on what he was doing, because what he was doing is very important in the larger scope of life. But the scoring has to do with what they're doing dance-wise. We are able to separate the two."
After asserting that the judges can do no wrong, Inaba also pushed back on Maks' suggestion to Len that "maybe it's time to quit."
