Fox 29 reporter Karen Hepp warned of an upcoming disaster in Chester County, Penn. because of an ice storm and power failures.

"This is not the end of the storm," warned Hepp on Wednesday (video below), notes

"This is the beginning of our problems," added Hepp. "We are just entering an ice storm. This is what I was hoping against hope would not happen!"

"We are going to have people that are going to be dying over the next couple days," stated Hepp. "We are going to be losing heat in many of our homes. People will be making poor choices. We’re going to see people use candles. We will have many, many fires."

According to The Blaze, Hepp went on for over three minutes, citing her expertise as someone who grew up in the area.

"We will see some of the heaters that will catch fires," said Hepp. "We’re see people bring generators into their homes. It is such a dangerous situation we have just entered.”

Hepp advised people to ask themselves, "What am I going to do to survive tonight?” She then suggested bringing in snow and packing it in the refridgerator to keep food from spoiling. Hepp also told people to put some food outside where it would stay cold.
