Nick Viall was passed over by “The Bachelorette” Andi Dorfman, but Viall dropped a bomb during the “After the Final Rose” segment of the reality TV show last night.
Dorfman, who chose to become engaged to contestant Josh Murray, gave Viall a speech in front of a live studio audience about how he "deserved" to find that "great love," who wasn't her (video below).
According to Variety, Viall responded, “If you weren’t in love with me... I’m just not sure why you made love with me.”
“First of all, that’s below the belt, something that should be private and kept private,” Dorfman responded.

“I’m not trying to put you below the belt,” Viall later stated.
Dorfman fired back, “You already have!”
As audience members giggled, Dorfman went into more detail as to why she rejected Viall.
Viall later regretted his on-air comments.

"I definitely wish I had that opportunity to have that conversation with her in private. I did not go into last night expecting to ask her that. I was just so caught off guard by her demeanor," Viall told EOnline.com.
According to HollywoodLife.com, Murray was okay with Viall and Dorfman having sex.
“Josh was okay with it," an unidentified source told HollywoodLife.com. "He was more scared that something else would happen. He had a [bad] feeling about the whole thing. He was thinking that there was going to be some sort of random twist or huge announcement. So Nick’s ‘made love’ comment kind of just rolled off him. Josh got the girl, so he has no reason to worry over it."
