Local News Reporter Drops F-Bomb During Live Broadcast (Video)

This morning on WDIV in Detroit, news anchors Evrod Cassimy and Rhonda Walker told viewers about some buildings that had caught fire in Lapeer, Mich.

The anchors cut to reporter Lauren Podell for a live report, but Podell didn't know she was on the air and dropped the f-bomb, noted Mediaite.com.

Apparently, Podell was having problems with her earpiece and didn't know the anchors had cut to her (video below).

After a few moments of silence, Podell said: “I don’t have IFB, I don’t know when we’re going, neither does Jim, I can’t get this f------ in there!”

According to The Huffington Post, IFB refers to interruptible feedback, which feeds audio from a producer or director to a reporter, like Podell, through an earpiece.

Podell tweeted the following on Twitter on November 12, which has since been removed:
