Teen Jeopardy contestant Leonard Cooper won the hearts and minds of Americans everywhere this week when he presented the most amazing answer ever submitted in a Final Jeopardy round.
Cooper entered the proceedings with a total of $37,000, less than enough to earn him a win. When given the final clue ("On June 6, 1944, he said, 'The eyes of the world are upon you,'), the youngster had no idea what the correct answer was. The combination of those two things would have shaken just about anyone. Not Cooper, though.
Instead, he wagered $0 and wrote down: "Who is some guy in Normandy, but I just won $75,000!"
