Taylor Swift Takes Action Against Website That Claims it has Topless Pic of Her

Taylor Swift's lawyers are threatening to file a trademark-infringement lawsuit against the website Celebrity Jihad, after it posted a picture of a semi-nude woman claiming it is "most likely" Taylor Swift. The photo shows a blonde with long, curly hair, posing on a bed with the caption "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?"

According to TMZ.com, Taylor's legal team has fired off a letter to Celebrity Jihad saying the woman in the photo is not Swift and accusing the site of spreading "false pornographic images" and "false news."

As her attorneys try to protect her wholesome image, Taylor has been traveling across the U.S. promoting her fragrance 'Wonderstruck.' She unveiled the scent last month and said it is named after the lyric "I’m wonderstruck blushing all the way home" from her song 'Enchanted' (picture above).
