Pippa Middleton Obsession? Not in the U.S.

| by Mark Berman Opposing Views

The worldwide media seem to be obsessed with Pippa Middleton, but it appears people in the United States don't care.

In fact, the vast majority doesn't even know who she is.

The New York Daily News reports that a new 60 Minutes/Vanity Fair poll finds nearly 70% of Americans do not know that Pippa is the women whose sister just married a future king of England.

Just 32% of those who responded were able to correctly identify her as a British socialite. 6% thought she was a CNBC anchor. 2% even thought she was a porn star (ah, to dream). 52% responded "don't know."
