Pictures: 'Real Housewives' Star Michaele Salahi Leaves Husband for Journey Guitarist Neil Schon

A Journey spokesman has confirmed that guitarist Neil Schon left his wife Ava Fabian for 'Real Housewives of DC' star Michaele Salahi, who also left her husband Tareq (pictured left).

Schon and Salahi have reportedly been having an affair for months, which came as a shock for Fabian, a former Playboy Playmate, who married Schon in July.

Fabian (pictured with Schon below) told TMZ: "You know what. This is very painful for me and I'm very hurt, and it's hard for me to talk about it." Asked if she would be getting back together with him she said: "Um no, thank you."

The whole mess began to unravel last week when Tareq Salahi reported his wife, Michaele, was missing after she didn't return from a hair appointment and a dance class. Tareq was later informed by local authorities that his wife was safe, but was "dealing with family issues."

However, Michaele was actually with Schon at a Journey concert in Nashville. She was also recently seen at a Journey show in Tampa, Florida (picture below).

This judge looked an inmate square in the eyes and did something that left the entire courtroom in tears:

Tareq, who filed for divorce from Michaele citing adultery and abandonment, also alleged in legal papers: "The paramour [Neal] sent to my email account... a email with an attachment of a penis."

Tareq claimed his wife had been having an affair for several months: "She continually exposes our friends and acquaintances to her adulterous relationship and has flaunted the same throughout the community, the nation and indeed the world, and thus caused me to suffer great harm, humiliation and embarrassment."

Ironically, Tareq was once friendly with Schon. An old photograph shows them arm-in-arm, as Michaele smiles on the other side of them.

Michaele first met Schon in 1995 and the pair felt an instant attraction, reported TMZ. They reportedly began a sexual affair as early as in 2009, which Schon bragged about it to friends via e-mail.

A second photo shows the direction that their "friendship" was destined to take, as Michaele sits on Schon's knee with his arms wrapped around her.

Besides the human drama, Tareq revealed last week that their pet dog Rio had been "depressed and scared" ever since wife Michaele left home to join Schon.

According to TMZ, the couple's dog passed away at the family home in Virginia on Sunday night. Tareq is said to be "hysterical and blames Michaele for all the stress." The dog suffered a heart attack several weeks ago and has been on medication ever since.
