Viewers are often outraged by what they see on the TLC show "Toddlers and Tiaras," which looks into the sometimes unseemly world of child beauty pageants. But the latest episode may have hit a new low -- a four-year-old girl wearing fake breasts and butt.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, Maddy Jackson mother wanted the girl to put on a Dolly Parton performance. So to better emulate the famously busty singer, the mother dressed the girl in C-cup fake breasts and backside padding.

Lindsay Jackson defended herself on the "Today Show," saying, "To some people, it's over the top, to us it's just what happens... It's just normal. When she wears the fake boobs and the fake butt, it's just like extra bonus."

However TV.com's Tim Surette wrote:

"Toddlers & Tiaras" has always been guaranteed to put an unsettling feeling in your stomach... But I'm drawing the line of arguable decency at fake t**s.
