Before being released online, the first full-length trailer for “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” was screened during the weekend for fans attending the film’s Comic-Con panel in San Diego. Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth were on the panel along with Lenny Kravitz, Jeffrey Wright, Willow Shields and director Francis Lawrence, reports the Digital Spy.
The two-minute “Catching Fire” trailer shows Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, who is picked to compete in the Capitol’s “Quarter Quell,” or 75th annual Hunger Games.
"Katniss's life is very different now," Lawrence said at Comic-Con. "She's suffering post-traumatic stress from the Games."
To make matters worse, in the Quarter Quell, Katniss and Peeta Mellark, played by Hutcherson, must face experienced Hunger Game victors.

“Last year was child’s play,” Haymitch, played by Woody Harrelson, tells Katniss in the trailer. “This year you’re dealing with all experienced killers.”
The two-minute clip also shows the new tributes joining the series, President’s Snow’s threatening Katniss and the developing love triangle. It also emphasizes how Katniss inspired the downtrodden Districts with her performance in the previous Hunger Games.
Following the trailer’s reveal, the cast on the Hunger Games panel at Comic-Con discussed working with the crewmembers, the physicality of the roles, the film’s costumes and the kissing scenes, reports the Digital Spy.
"There was CPR, and then a kiss and slobber, and there was this huge string of snot," Lawrence said. "There's all these snot coming out of my nose, and I go to kiss Josh [Hutcherson] and it connects with his mouth. I'll put it up on YouTube or something, it's really hot!"
