LeAnn Rimes' new album called Spitfire is basically about her new chapter in life, and it is mostly about her husband Eddie Cibrian.

During an interview with US Weekly, she discussed the troubles she has been through and about how she sought treatment for her anxiety.

"I went in and took care of myself because I was stressed, I was depressed and anxious and I didn't know how to process everything," she said.

Writing Spitfire helped her realize that she needed help, and was an "intensive therapy" in itself.
