Lady Gaga launched her new 'Born This Way Foundation' on Wednesday at Harvard University, where she was joined by Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Chopra, as well as Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
Gaga told more than 1,000 students, faculty and guests: “I believe that if you have revolutionary potential, you must make the world a better place and use it. The goal is to challenge meanness and cruelty by inspiring young people to create a support system in their respective communities.”

The foundation, whose president is Gaga’s mother Cynthia Germanotta, seeks tolerance and an end to bullying.
