Kate Gosselin Using Coupons, Preparing to Return to Nursing

With her reality TV show axed, Kate Gosselin was recently seen stocking up on household items at Target and Bed Bath & Beyond in Reading, Pennsylvania. She was reportedly counting out a number of discount coupons while making purchases.

Kate, who appeared without make-up, looked just like a regular mom as she made her way from the shops, a far cry from her glamorous Hollywood look just a few months ago.

She also tweeted recently about the drudgery of helping her children with their homework: "Good evening!Making my way thru 6 1st gr readers&their homework, dinner, doublebus pickup& 5th gr math! So so much homework!I'll b up all pm!"

Kate’s reality show aired its final episode in September and she admitted her shock upon hearing that TLC was canceling 'Kate Plus 8': "Holy cow I'm unemployed and have eight kids to care for. Honestly. It's scary."

She added: "And is this the last time you'll see my kids on TV? Probably not. I know that there's a lot of people out there who genuinely really care how each of my kids turn out. You'll see my kids, they'll grow up and do great things. This is not goodbye, this is we'll see you around."

However, it has recently been reported that Kate is returning to nursing, according to Life &Style. A source told the magazine: "She just completed more courses to renew her license. She has no clue how she'll continue to pay for the kids' private school and living expenses."

Kate divorced her husband Jon in 2009, whom she has taken jabs at for having a normal job.
