Halle Berry Wants Custody of Her Daughter Nahla...in France

Halle Berry, who has been in a long-running custody battle with her baby-daddy Gabriel Aubry, has now filed court documents requesting permission to permanently move her daughter to France.

The actress apparently wants to move Nahla, 3, with her and her fiance, Frenchman Olivier Martinez, but Gabriel is furious with her plans.

Berry is already trying to get a court injunction to prevent Aubry from spending time unsupervised with little Nahla after the “nanny-pushing” incident.

Halle and Gabriel split in April 2010 after dating for four years.
