Ruderman, who went after Maguire and twenty-two others for winning money that was stolen from them in the Ponzi scheme, after which he filed for bankruptcy.
Bradley Ruderman, 48, is serving a 10-year federal prison sentence for tax, wire and investor advice fraud convictions. The judge will hold a hearing on December 21 to decide if he will approve the Maguire settlement.
