In an effort to promote its Greek yogurt product, Oikos, Dannon rounded up the cast of Full House to push the snack in a teaser trailer.
The full trailer will appear during the Super Bowl on Feb. 2.
The choice of casting isn’t entirely random, considering “Oikos” means “house” in ancient Greek.
In the teaser clip, John Stamos finishes watching the big game before asking his housemates, Dave Coulier and Bob Saget, if they’re ready to call it a night. When Saget asks if they should all get their own places, the three reply in unison: “Nahhh.”
This is not the first time the Full House dads have returned to television. In 1997, they appeared on America's Funniest Home Videos, and again during its 25th anniversary show in 2012.
The Full House crew is unlikely to be the only Nineties sitcom cast reuniting for the Super Bowl. Last week, Jerry Sienfeld, Jason Alexander and Larry David were spotted filming at New York City’s Tom’s Restaurant, which served as the cast’s regular hangout during the show’s prime.
Neither David or Seinfeld have commented on the production.
According to the LA Times, Fox sold its Super Bowl ad inventory for as much as $4.7 million per 30 seconds.
