Fans everywhere are eagerly anticipating news of who will be cast in the upcoming film rendition of “Fifty Shades of Grey.” While hunks Ian Somerhalder, Henry Cavill, and Matthew Bomer are some top contenders for the lead part of Christian Grey, and a number of female maybes are duking it out for the female lead, Anastasia Steele, many parts still remain uncast.

One important role is Kate Kavanagh, “Ana's stunning and gorgeous best friend and college roomie,” writes the International Business Times. The blonde bombshell, as of now, could be played by Kaley Cuoco from “The Big Bang Theory,” Dianna Agron from “Glee,” or Blake Lively from “Gossip Girl,” amongst other roles.

A curious thought is whether Cuoco and Cavill would be able to work together on set; the two were notably dating, though now, “rumours are saying Kaley and Henry split up after just two weeks.” But Cuoco does have a slight advantage over Agron, predicts the International Business Times. “Dianna is not a good fit to Kate's wilder side,” they say. “Kaley has the greater potential in pulling that off.”

But what about Lively? International Business Times reports that as she is married and plans on having many children, Kavanagh’s super sexy role might no longer be up Lively’s alley. They do say, though, that if she has a change of heart, she’d be just perfect for the part.
