Twelve celebrities took the competition to the dance floor on Monday with professional partners. The Dancing With The Stars show would only produce eleven competitors the next night.

The support from Twitter let Zendaya Coleman and Valentin Chmerkovskly give an encore performance of their dance and got them a pardon from being eliminated. But the same could not be said for Victor Ortiz, Lisa Vanderpump and Andy Dick who were placed in the bottom three.

Dick was saved from the bottom and was very emotional when hearing the results, but the most emotional part of the night was when Dorothy Hamill announced she wouldn’t be participating in the show anymore. Hamill said her doctor has recommended she not participate anymore to spare any more injuries to her ankle and spine.

Hamill tearfully said, “"It's been a wonderful ride. I wish I could stay but I can't do justice to the commitment.”

The former Olympic skater said on Monday’s show that she has been struggling to rehearse due to her injuries.
