Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock made a joint appearance at the Comedy Cellar on Wednesday night. While the latter has been doing these sort of shows pretty regularly over the past few years, the former has gone relatively unseen and unheard ever since his highly publicized meltdown.
After cracking a few jokes about Jay-Z, President Obama and Seth McFarlane, Rock and Chappelle got down to the nitty gritty: a possible tour together.
"Come out to Oakland," Chappelle said to Rock, according to Rolling Stone. Replied Rock, "You should come down to West Palm." Chappelle responded, "After next Tuesday, I'm free for like 11 years."
Rock is currently working on a new film, but “by Halloween, I could do dates," he said. Chappelle reportedly seemed open to the idea.
