Is California Teacher Stacie Halas Also Porn Star Tiffany Six?
A teacher in California has been suspended after it was revealed that she may also be a porn actress.
The Daily Mail reports that word has gotten around the Richard B. Haydock Intermediate School in Oxnard that 31-year-old science teacher Stacie Halas is also "Tiffany Six," the star of such online offerings as "Tiffany Six Shows Her Amazing Hot Legs At Casting."
Apparently an office worker at the school somehow stumbled onto one of the videos and notified the superintendent. Halas was immediately pulled from class and placed on administrative leave while her superiors investigate.
"Maybe it's not a crime as far as the penal code is concerned, but we feel it's a crime as far as moral turpitude is concerned," said Oxnard School District Superintendent Jeff Chancer.
Chancer said he is looking at the California Education Code to determine what kind of punishment, if any, he can give Halas if it turns out she is the woman on the videos.
"We’re trying to determine if there’s a nexus on what she does on her own time and what she does in the classroom," he told The Smoking Gun.
Chancer sent a letter home to parents explaining the situation, urging them to monitor their children's Internet activity. He also told teachers to discourage the kids from searching for the videos, which will result in the kids absolutely searching for the videos.

I fail to see how it's anyone's business what the teacher does outside of work hours and off of school property. All these people spouting statements akin to "think of the children!" should stop and think about how these kids would be in a position to A) be watching pornography, and B) how they would just happen to stumble across a piece made by someone that looks a lot like their teacher (or possibly the teacher herself).
Is there some reason beyond grandstanding that they felt the need to pull this teacher from her classroom before they have proven that the video was even of her? (I still contend that there's no reason to pull her from teaching if it is). Are they worried she's going to start playing cheesy music in class and have sex with all of the students, male or female? There's no immediate (or even long term) danger to the students in any way, shape, or form and no indication that they are getting anything less than high-quality instruction from this science teacher. The Superintendent has admitted that he has yet to find any laws or codes that she has broken, yet he has in the meantime sent a notice to every single parent identifying this teacher and making them aware of what they are accusing her of. How is this any less embarrassing or injurious than someone sending a letter to all of the parents pointing out that the Superintendent looks just like a rapist, and he's being suspended pending them finding any evidence or proof of him actually being one? Reputations and credibility can be ruined very easily with exactly this kind of accusation and publicity, and with zero proof. And Glenn Beck has still not come forward and denied raping and killing a young girl in 1990.
The whole subject of "moral turpitude" is really just a back door to allow the overly self-righteous to sneak their religious prejudices into the government workplace where it doesn't belong. And there's still no punishment for the employee who has proven that he spends copious amounts of his off time consuming pornography - no suspension, no letter to the parents explaining what HE spends his off-work (and possibly some at-work?) time doing. No comments about his "moral turpitude".
Are they also saying that they can't allow someone to give up a life of working as a porn actress and make something "better" of herself through employment that allows her to serve her community in the most noble profession there is? Has something she allegedly did 6 years ago ruined her for life and destroyed her ability to help and teach other people forever? The only ruined people I see are the ones making the accusations and pretending they are better or even as good as this young woman - I certainly wouldn't want any of THEM near my kids.

What a teacher does in their personal time has no bearing on their ability to teach. It isn't any of the administrations business what she does at home. None of those kids were likely to find any of her online videos (assuming it was actually her) before but I guarantee you that they will all find them now that the school publicized it.
