When I first saw this picture, I saw a swastika (you did too, didn’t you). But looking closer, it’s not quite a swastika, but it’s pretty darn close. Above the fake swastika is the word “Offender”.

The 24-year-old former ‘Suite Life on Deck’ actress stepped out in the interesting outfit yesterday in Los Angeles.

Brenda has been out of the public eye since she split from Miley Cyrus’ brother, Trace, earlier this summer.

It’s over for Tracy Cyrus and Brenda Song.

After roughly two years of dating, Miley Cyrus‘ brother and the former Disney star have called off their engagement, Just Jared reports.

“Brenda and I have decided to go our separate ways,” Trace said in a statement. “We split up a couple of months ago. We will continue to focus on our careers. I wish Brenda the best and much success in the future. I hope everyone can respect our privacy about this situation. Thanks so much.”

Cyrus and Song became engaged in October 2011, not long after news broke that the24-year-old actress was expecting the couple’s first child.

But just months later, when Song showed no signs of a baby bump, her mother toldStar magazine that she was never pregnant.

Cyrus was previously in a relationship with Demi Lovato while Song was linked to Joe Jonas.

“She’s actually not pregnant … It’s very upsetting to our family because of what I’m going through and it’s not how we raised her,” Song’s mother, Mai Song, said via Radar Online.

I wonder if she ever was pregnant….
