Video: 4-Year-Old 'Toddlers and Tiaras' Contestant Performs with a Cigarette

"Toddlers and Tiaras" continually stirs up controversy for showcasing children dressing as young women, complete with makeup and hair. From Botox to teeth whitening and tanning, the list of questionable scenes in the TLC show is seemingly endless.

We can add one more controversial moment to the show's list, as Wednesday night's episode featured a 4-year-old smoking a cigarette.

The contestant, named Destiny, was dressed as Sandy from "Grease." She was wearing a leather outfit with curled blonde hair and makeup.

While the cigarette was a prop and was not lit, many are questioning the mother's choice to use the prop in the routine.

The clip features Destiny coming out of a hallway, holding the fake cigarette between her fingers. She walks to her mother and throws the cigarette down, quickly stomping on it with her foot to "put it out."
