Just like New Year’s resolutions allow us to focus on something we’d like to change about ourselves or improve upon, many find this time of year to be another source of motivation. While we don’t like to get too religious up in here, I know a lot of people who use Lent not only as a way to deepen their faith but also to improve their health. From giving up sugar and fast food to forgoing beer to cutting out TV time, there are a number of things to give up for a higher purpose. So today we’re asking, are you using your faith to help you reach your goals?
