According to The Hollywood Reporter, a California company called Hyro-gliff – which has affiliations with Sheen – has filed trademark applications “seeking protection for everything from bras, drinks, electronic games, candy and even gambling machines.”
THR reports that the trademark applications were filed between March 19-22 – a few weeks after he was booted off the TV show.
Hyro-gliff is also seeking to trademark Sheen’s name, signature, his “Sober Valley Lodge,” and lady friends, “Sheen’s Goddesses.”
Sheen’s spokesman, Larry Solters, says that if successful, any potential use of the trademarks will be determined at a later date.
