Oprah Winfrey‘s interview with Lance Armstrong aired tonight, and it started with rapid fire questions and answers (video below).
Armstrong admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs and banned substances, including EPO, testosterone, cortisone and human growth hormones, reports Mediaite.com.
He also admitted to using banned substances in all of his Tour Tour de France wins.
Winfrey asked Armstrong if he could have realistically won the Tour de France seven times without performance-enhancing drugs, to which he answered: “Not in my view.”

Armstrong said he got hooked on the drugs in the mid-90s and added: “All the fault and all the blame here falls on me for creating this big lie.
"This story was so perfect for so long. It's this myth, this perfect story, and it wasn't true.
"It's a major flaw, and it's a guy who expected to get whatever he wanted and to control every outcome. And it's inexcusable. And when I say there are people who will hear this and never forgive me, I understand that. I do."
