"Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis reportedly appears on camera in a hardcore sex tape that is being shopped around.

The video allegedly shows Francis engaged in sexual activity with Abbey Wilson, 2012 winner of the Girls Gone Wild “Search for the Hottest Girl in America” and other women.

Apparently the video was on Wilson’s iPad, which was recently stolen from her luggage at Los Angeles International Airport.

Francis, who built a multimillion dollar company by selling videos of unclothed young girls, is not happy about being on this video.

“It is not only unfortunate, but it is a crime. As such, this office will take all necessary steps to determine who in fact has done this and who is attempting to distribute the video,” David Houston, Francis’ lawyer, told TMZ. “When we catch you, we will see that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of both the criminal and civil laws.”

Francis has faced numerous lawsuits from former business partners and women who claimed they were tricked into signing consent waivers. Francis also lost a $20 million lawsuit to Las Vegas mogul Steve Wynn.

In February of this year, the "Girls Gone Wild" company filed for bankruptcy, reported Reuters.

In May, Francis was convicted of three counts of false imprisonment, one count of dissuading a witness from reporting a crime and one count of assault.
