While Justin Bieber seems to stumble from one bad situation to another, his flock of female fans continue to forgive and make excuses for him.

However, actor Seth Rogen did not have kind words for the pop star during a recent interview on the Howard Stern Radio Show (audio below).

According to Gawker, Rogen told Stern yesterday, "[Bieber] is a good example of someone you meet, who you think you're going to hate, and then you get to hate him as much as you thought. You meet him, and he lives up to every one of your expectations of how you hope he will be."

Rogen recalled a moment years ago when both stars were slated to appear on a German talk show. One of Bieber's crew came to Rogen's dressing room and said the pop star wanted to meet him.

"And it was weird, I was like, 'Sure, I'll meet him,'" said Rogen. "So I went outside to meet him and he was acting like I asked to meet him. It was very nonchalant, 'Yo man. Wassup,' and I was like, what the f---, I don't give a f--- about, I don't want to meet you. Don't act all nonplussed to meet me. I didn't want to meet you. I was totally cool not meeting you… But I was like, fine, I wouldn't have said anything, I was like, 'He's a bit of a m------------. Whatever. He's young, the kid's a d---."

The two met again years later at an MTV awards show, which didn't fare much better, noted The Blemish.

"He literally had a snake wrapped around his f------ wrist that he was wearing as an accouterment and I was like, 'What the f---' and I talked to him for like five minutes and I was like, 'F--- this kid.' He was trying to be funny with like, 'Hey this snake,'" recalled Rogen.
