Rick Ross' song lyrics are known to push the envelope, but lyrics about date rape may have gone too far.

In a song titled, U.O.E.N.O, which Ross collaborated with Atlanta rapper, Rocko; Ross raps about slipping a girl a "molly" and taking her home.

"Put molly all in her champagne/ She ain't even know it/ I took her home and I enjoyed that/ She ain't even know it," he raps.

According to the Drug Enforcement Administration, "Molly" is the powder or crystal form of "pure" MDMA.

The lyrics have sparked much controversy and many people are speaking out against them.

"This lyric is obviously promoting rape," journalist and hip-hop activist Rosa Clemente said. "Not just date rape, but rape and rape culture and violence against women. We live in a society by the time that African American women and Latina women are 18, almost half of them -- 44 percent -- have been sexually abused."

"If she didn’t know she didn’t give consent," Jerry L. Barrow of The Urban Daily writes. "And if she didn’t give consent she was raped. You’re out here telling your fans that it’s cool to rape women and YOU don’t even know it."
