Despite having over 100 million views on Youtube, PSY's newest video for his newest song, Gentleman, has been banned - in South Korea.
A public broadcast station in South Korea said they banned the video because it showed destruction of public property and did not meet their standard as a public broadcaster. The video starts with PSY kicking over a traffic cone labeled "no parking."
“We strictly forbid any material that might disturb basic public order,” a statement from the station said.
The station said they have banned two videos in the past for the same reason.
Gentleman was released last week and already 139 million views.
PSY is at the top of the game when it comes to viral videos. His first video, Gangam Style, has over 1.5 billion hits, making it the most watched video on Youtube. It was released last summer.
