Paula Deen has reportedly admitted to using racial slurs, making insensitive jokes, her brother's cocaine, alcohol and pornography addictions in a sworn, videotaped deposition.

“Yes, of course,” Deen reportedly answered when asked if she ever used the "N" word towards any employees.

“It’s just what they are — they’re jokes…most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks…I can’t determine what offends another person," she reportedly said in response to if she ever made racially, insensitive jokes.

The reports also state that Deen referred to her waiting staff as slaves.

“The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie," she said. “I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America…after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War…It was not only black men, it was black women…I would say they were slaves.”

Deen and her company are being sued for $1.2 million by former General Manager of their Savannah, Georgia, restaurant, Lisa Jackson, who claimed use of the N-word by Paula and sexual harassment and infliction of distress and assault by her brother Bubba Hiers.
