While appearing on Neil Cavuto‘s Fox Business News show Wednesday night, geriatric singer Pat Boone said of President Obama: "I was on his enemy’s list in the first year of his presidency" (video below).

According to Mediaite.com, Boone held up a copy of Saul Alinsky‘s 'Rules for Radicals' and claimed the president has been trained to be a Marxist: “Listen, have you read this book Rules for Radicals?”

Cavuto said that he did not “want to go down the alley,” to which Boone replied: “But there has to be some reasoning for why he does what he does.”

“I think he’s a brilliant guy, and I think he knows what he’s doing, and he’s doing it by design because he has a plan,” Boone said. “He thinks it’s good for America, virtually socialist nation in which nobody gets rich, everybody has everything, government is in charge of everything.”

Boone failed to mention that the stock market has doubled under President Obama and corporate profits have hit new highs.

“I am a target. I was on his enemy’s list in the first year of his presidency,” added Boone, who failed to provide any proof of his claim.
