Model Meets With Police About Alleged Sexual Assault By Bill Cosby

Chloe Goins, 24, claims via her lawyer that comedian Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her during a party at the Playboy mansion in 2008 when she was 18 years old.

According to her lawyer Spencer Kuvin, the model met with detectives at the Los Angeles Police Department this morning to go over her accusations against Cosby because she "wanted to come here and do her civic duty and give her report."

More than 20 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault, but those incidents are considered to be beyond the statute of limitations.

NBC Los Angeles reports that Kuvin said at a press conference today that Goins "saw other women that were coming out and telling their story. At that time, she realized that potentially she was the only one that could come forward and bring criminal charges against Mr. Cosby."

Kuvin claims that Goins recalled that she "blacked out" after the 77-year-old Cosby gave her a drink in one of the mansion's rooms.

"She was drugged. She doesn't know what happened," stated Kuvin. "She blacked out and woke up finding Mr. Cosby over her."

According to PEOPLE, Kuvin claims that Goins woke up in a bed nude and found the comedian licking her toes and masturbating. Kuvin said that Goins recalled that Cosby suddenly pulled up his pants and left the room.

Most of Cosby's accusers have claimed that he drugged and sexually assaulted them.

Cosby's attorney, Martin Singer, has not commented on Goins' claims, but said on Nov. 21, 2014, "These brand new claims about alleged decades-old events are becoming increasingly ridiculous."
