A male model that claims he slept with Kourtney Kardashian nine months before the birth of her son, Mason Dash Disick, is claiming he, not Scott Disick, is the father.

Michael Girgenti, a male model from Chicago, says he met Kardashian in April 2008 at a 944 magazine photoshoot and that led to a tryst in March 2009, while Kardashian and Disick were having problems.

“We started kissing, making out and touching each other,” Girgenti told In Touch magazine. “My shirt was off. We were fooling around on the couch a little while before I took her to the bedroom.”

Girgenti said he “slipped [Kourtney's] clothes off,” after which “she helped me undress and we fell into bed.”

Girgenti claims that he and Kardashian never used protection and that he assumed she was on birth control.

However, nine months later on Dec. 14, 2009, Mason was born.

"After [Mason] was born, and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder,” Girgenti said.

He wants to "finally push them into taking the DNA test,” and doesn't want Disick to keep taking care of Mason if he is proven to be the father.

“I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid – he deserves to know his real father,” he continued.

Kardashian is calling the reports a "preposterous and an outrageous lie” and the website Gossip Cop says this is the third time Girgenti has claimed he slept with Kardashian. Kardashian and the website say that she only met Girgenti one time and that they never exchanged contact info.

The reports are "ridiculous" says a Kardashian source.
