Michael Jackson's family is seeking $40 billion against AEG in their wrongful death lawsuit, but what they are not wanting to come out is any paternity evidence pertaining to the children.

According to TMZ, the Jackson family wants any questions about the paternity of Jackson's three children to be excluded from the testimony. The family believes that the paternity of the children is irrelevant to the lawsuit and that AEG has no right to seek information about the subject.

Katherine Jackson also wants any information about Michael's sibling's financial problems and any child molestation charges barred from the testimony as well. She feels that because he was found not guilty that the charges should not prejudice the lawsuit in any way.

The trial is set to commence on April 2.
