Jesse Eisenberg is known for his dry humor and sarcasm after his portrayal of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in “The Social Network.” But after a recent interview with the sarcastic star, journalist Romina Puga was almost in tears.

During Puga’s interview with Eisenberg, 29, about his newest film, “Now You See Me” on the Univision show “Say My Name,” conversation quickly turned uncomfortable for Puga when she asked Eisenberg about working alongside Morgan Freeman in the film, whom she referred to as simply “Freeman.”

"Don't call Morgan Freeman, 'Freeman' like you're on a little league softball team,” Eisenberg replied.

Puga later asked Eisenberg if he learned any new card tricks on set. After Eisenberg attempted to show Puga a trick, he told her she is the “Carrot Top of interviewers” to which Puga awkwardly replied, “I’m going to go cry now.”

“Don’t cry now, cry after the interview is over because otherwise I’ll look like I’m responsible for it,” Eisenberg said.

After more uncomfortable exchanges, Puga ends the five-minute interview by telling Eisenberg, “you’re such a jerk.”

Puga later blogged about the interview and titled the post “Jesse Eisenberg isn’t very nice.” The blog post details the entire conversation and includes video of the interview.

"So, I was just humiliated by Jesse Eisenberg," Puga wrote on the blog. "When the five minute 'interview' (more like self-esteem butchering) were [sic] finally over I went behind a curtain to wait for the memory cards from the interview. I peeked around the curtain to ask Jesse about his neighborhood in New York (he lives a few blocks from where I used to live) and he immediately says, 'You're still here?'

The blog received mixed reactions of whether Eisenberg actions were uncalled for, Puga was unprofessional, or if the interview was a combination of misconduct on both sides.
