If you needed yet another reason to dislike actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, she now admits that she makes her kids avoid eating carbs and because of that, they are often left hungry or as kids like to say, “starving”.
In her new cookbook, It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good And Feel Great, a book that can soon be found in the bargain bin, Paltrow states:
“Every single nutritionist, doctor and health-conscious person I have ever come across…seems to concur that [gluten] is tough on the system and many of us are at best intolerant of it and at worst allergic to it.”
Paltrow also goes on to say that sometimes this diet isn’t easy on her or her family:

Paltrow is married to Coldplay front-man, Chris Martin, and has two kids, Moses and Apple, with him. If Paltrow wants to adapt a low-carb, gluten-free diet, she has all the right to do so, but it is odd to make her kids avoid all that. Kids will be kids, let them enjoy junk food now before they get older and have to read every food package before eating it.
