Rihanna and Chris Brown's relationship is the source of conversation for many people. One such person is Brown's dad, who doesn't think that the musical duo should be together.
"I personally really didn't want him and Rihanna back together," Clinton said in an exclusive interview with New York Daily News.
According to Clinton, Brown and Rihanna's relationship is not balanced and those relationships usually end badly in his opinion.
"I hate to use examples, but Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse -- I mean I could go on and on!," he continued. "Is that a given -- that you can't have fortune and fame without [death] being the end result?"
Clinton went on to express who he would have wanted his son to end up with instead - Jordin Sparks, who Brown collaborated with in 2008.
"She's a wholesome young lady, very pretty," Clinton said.
Clinton's objections to Brown and Rihanna's reconciliation come days after Brown stopped following Rihanna on Twitter. One day after Rihanna started following Drake on the social media site, Brown unfollowed Rihanna. Drake and Brown have a well documented feud with each other, which Drake has recently spoken about.
"His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I'm more popping than him and that at one point in life the woman that he loves fell into my lap," Drake told East Village Radio. "I did what a real n***a would do and treated her with respect."
