Casey Anthony Found Not Guilty of Killing Child

Breaking news out of Florida, where a jury has found Casey Anthony not guilty of murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee.

The Associated Press reports Anthony began crying when the jury's verdict was read, while the prosecutor shook his head in disbelief.

The jury deliberated for more than 10 hours before reaching its verdict. Had she been found guilty of first degree murder, Anthony could have been executed,

The jury did find Anthony guilty of lying to investigators. She could face up to a year in jail on each count when she's sentenced on Thursday.

Caylee disappeared in June 2008. Her body was found in the woods near her grandparents' house six months later.
